Our Company name 'FARADAY GUITARS tm' was chosen to pay homage to famous scientist Michael Faraday' He was captivated by invisible forces. He discovered that moving a magnet near a coil of wire induced a flow of electrical current through the coil changing the magnetic field, a phenomenon known as electromagnetic induction. This behavior is at the heart of the magnetic guitar pickup. A row of magnetic rods line up with each of the steel guitar strings. We also incorporate his Faraday cage.

Position 1 - Bridge & Neck *use humbucker 3 way switch to coil tap. Position 2 - Bridge Middle & Neck turn to fade neck
Position 3 - Middle
Position 4 - Bridge, Middle & Neck turn to fade bridge *use humbucker 3 way switch to coil tap.
Position 5 - Bridge & Neck turn to fade neck *use humbucker 3 way switch to coil tap.
BLENDER (OFF) full counterclockwise
Position 1 - Bridge *use humbucker 3 way switch to coil tap
Position 2 - Bridge & Middle *use humbucker 3 way switch to coil tap. Position 3 - Middle only Position 4 - Middle & Neck only
